Hydration & Holistic Skin Health

"HOLISTIC:  characterized by comprehension of the parts of something as intimately interconnected and explicable only by reference to the whole."

In a world where we are held to high(er) standards and we are expected to over-perform and to always be at the top of our game, can we find real recovery for both skin and overall health, "right now" energy, and best mind function?  Can we come back to work and home a stronger, more energized person?

Dr. Baron will soon be offering IV infusion therapy for full-body hydration, electrolyte and vitamin replenishment, and visible skin radiance in a matter of 20 - 30 minutes.  Infusions performed by licensed nurse (RN) or Dr. Baron only in our clean and quiet space.  Free wi-fi provided (or just go off the grid).  Deeply hydrating face masks or therapeutic skin peels can be added to treatments.

A few reasons to infuse:  jet-lag/recent travel, physical or emotional stress, inflammation, aging skin, eczema, psoriasis, cancer treatment, hangover, athletic events, major workouts, preparing for upcoming events.

Dr. Baron is an accomplished Mohs surgeon. She trained under the American College of Mohs Surgery fellowship program, and now conducts several Mohs surgeries each week. Mohs surgery is a method for removing tumors with minimal loss of healthy skin while having the least chance of tumor recurrence. She makes sure the patient is satifised both cosmetically and medically with the result and her desire to put the patient first ensures each patient sees the right specialist for the best possible outcome.

Mohs micrographic surgery is a stepwise process for removing a tumor. The American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS) has a detailed description of the process on their website.  The ACMS has also created an educational video about Mohs--take a look!
